We begin by awakening the body through gentle movement, rooting ourselves into the nourishing embrace of EARTH. As we soften, the breath of AIR guides us into stillness, carrying us into a place of surrender, where we may lie down and flow like WATER, gently opening the gateway to our emotions. From this space of deep connection, we ignite our INNER FIRE, the trinity flame that resides within the heart, a beacon of our divine essence.

Beyond the elements, we open a vertical axis of energy: grounding into Gaia and reaching toward the stars of the Pleiades, aligning heaven and earth within us.
